Diffusion-Weighted Images (DWI) are acquired with a Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) sequence with 64 diffusion gradient directions with a b-value of 1000 s/mm2, plus one image acquired with a b-value of 0. Other parameters are: TR =8500 milliseconds, TE = 90 milliseconds, voxel dimensions = 2 mm isotropic; acquisition time of 10 min and 14 s.
