The Revised Children’s Anxiety and Depression Scale Parent Version is a questionnaire assessing the frequency of symptoms of anxiety and low mood as rated by parent / carer across 47 items. Items are organised into the following subscales: separation anxiety, social phobia, generalised anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and major depressive disorder. Raw scores are converted to T-scores for each scale and the total scores (M = 50, SD = 10). The RCADS questionnaires were not administered to the first 390 families attending CALM. RCADS Parent norm-referenced scores were calculated via the scorer RCADS Parent-Scoring-Program-Version 3.3 available at https://www.childfirst.ucla.edu/resources/ .
